This case arises from State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company’s (State Farm) failure to pay benefits to Margaret S. Wilson under the Colorado Auto Accident Reparations Act (CAARA or Act), Colo.Rev.Stat. §§ 10-4-701 to -723 (1987 & Supp.1990). State Farm appeals from the jury verdict in favor of Ms. Wilson, alleging numerous errors below.
