DISSENTING OPINION.

JVIehaeey, J.

I cannot give my assent to the conclusions reached by the majority, and I think it proper to give the reasons for my dissent. The majority opinion states that the theory upon which rewards are recoverable when offered by individuals or corporations is that in some manner a contract relation exists between the one offering the reward and the one claiming the same.
