The appellee, Louis Anderson, was indicted for unlawfully breaking and entering a motor vehicle and second-degree theft of property. On February 26, 2008, he pled guilty to unlawfully breaking and entering a motor vehicle and second-de*1034gree theft of property, and the trial court adjudicated him guilty of unlawfully breaking and entering a motor vehicle.
