This action involves the right to share in war risk insurance. One Wilbur G. Eoot, hereafter known as the son, was a soldier in the United States army. He had war risk insurance and named 'his mother, Irene G. Eoot, as beneficiary. His father was W. G. Eoot hereafter known as the father. On November 23, 1919 the sou died in Siberia in service, but with his domicile in Foster county of this state. He left his father and mother, hut no wife, descendant or brother or sister.
