WILLSON, District Judge.

Plaintiffs have filed a petition for a supplemental judgment in this tax refund case. The original refund claim has been allowed and paid. Plaintiffs seek an additional judgment in the sum of $2,414, with interest, which would accrue to them in the event that the court granted a deduction for attorneys’ fees incurred as a consequence of the prosecution of the claim for the original refund.
