The Objection to Confirmation filed by McEntire Farms, Inc. (“McEntire”) was heard on June 1, 2006. John Aldworth appeared on behalf of McEntire, and the owners of McEntire were also present. John Jackson appeared on behalf of the Debtors who were also present. Jeffrey Ellis appeared on behalf of the Chapter 13 Trustee.
