This was a suit to recover a balance claimed to be due on the purchase price of a new steel safe purchased by defendant from, plaintiff. A verdict was 'directed for plaintiff, and judgment entered1 ithereon, and' defendant appeals. This cause is now before this court for the third time. The former opinions may be found in 23 S.
