Penske Logistics and Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. (collectively, Employer) petition for review of an adjudication of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) granting compensation to Edwin Troxel (Claimant). In doing so, the Board affirmed the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) that Claimant met his burden under the Workers’ Compensation Act1 (Act) of proving that he gave timely notice to Employer of his work injury by telling another employee that he fell.
