MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ROLAND J. BRUMBAUGH, Bankruptcy Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Motion for Relief from Stay filed by the People of the State of Colorado (“State”). This matter constitutes a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(G), and this Court recognizes jurisdiction pur suant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334. A hearing was held on the motion on October 16, 1986.
