Joseph. P. Cadieux filed a bill in equity in the superior court of Cook county to recover the value of a one-fourth interest in forty thousand acres of land in Hamilton county, Kansas, for an accounting for rents and profits, and other matters growing out of certain business transactions between himself, Joseph Sears, George H. Webster and William P. Anderson.
