A verified information by the attorney general of the state, in his official capacity, was filed in this court on the 2d day of December, 1912, charging the defendants, R. S. Sheridan, C. O. Broxon and A. R. Cruzen, with publishing in the “Evening Capital News” certain articles, wilfully and maliciously misrepresenting the position of this court in a certain ease then pending before it, entitled State ex rel.
