¶ 1. Wayne and Molly Johnson (collectively, the Johnsons) filed suit in the Chickasaw County Chancery Court against Kenneth and Teresa Hill (collectively, the Hills) over a strip of land between their properties. After conducting a two-day trial, the chancellor found that the John-sons owned the property in question. Aggrieved from the chancellor’s finding, the Hills appeal arguing that: (1) the chancellor erred in her findings of fact; (2) the chancellor erred in her conclusions of law; and (3) the chancellor erred in failing to grant their motion for a new trial.…
