(dissenting) — I am as greatly concerned as the majority with the critical drug problems that face law enforcement agencies and our courts. Nevertheless the majority’s disenchantment with the “exclusionary rule” does not change the fact that it still is part and parcel of the framework of criminal law within which we are required to operate. Further, while the denunciatory remarks of the specially concurring opinion make interesting reading, they add more heat than light and fail to reflect today’s law.
