— Determination of the respondent New York State Liquor Authority dated December 7, 1990, which suspended petitioner’s liquor license for fifteen days and a $1,000 bond forfeiture, is unanimously confirmed, the petition denied and the proceeding brought pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, New York County [Martin Evans, J.], entered February 8, 1991), is dismissed, without costs and without disbursements.
