The plaintiff brings this action to foreclose a mechanic’s lien against the defendant Schenectady Coal Company.
On the 16th day of September, 1911, the defendant Booth entered into a contract with the defendant coal company to construct, at different places in the city of Schenectady, N. Y., five reenforced concrete coal pockets according to certain specifications.
