Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Coccoma, J.), entered September 8, 2008 in Otsego County, which granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Flaintiffs entered into a contract to purchase a modular home from defendant American Homes of Richfield Springs, a division of defendant Kenn-Schl, LLC. When the home was delivered on May 15, 2006, plaintiffs discovered a number of defects. Therefore, they commenced this action in November 2007.
