RICHARDSON, J., Pro Tempore.

Plaintiff Perry & Greer, Inc. brought an action against defendants seeking damages for breach of contract. In the same complaint plaintiffs Greer and Hoyt, as the sole shareholders of plaintiff corporation, alleged two causes of action against defendants. The first cause was for breach of the contract and the second for collection of a dishonored check. The validity and terms of the contract were in dispute and are discussed more fully later in the opinion.
