Stowers Furniture Company, appellee, brought this suit in the district court of Harris county, Tex., against Rose Hayes, appellant, for the amount of $2,200.77, interest and attorney's fees, alleged to be a balance of an indebtedness due for goods, wares, and merchandise (household furnishings) sold and delivered, and to foreclose certain mortgages on goods, wares, and merchandise, all itemized and described in the pleadings and exhibits.
