Richroath, J.), dated November 17, 2015, and (2) an order of disposition of that court dated November 30, 2015. The order of fact-finding, after a fact-finding hearing, found that the mother neglected the subject child. The order of disposition, insofar as appealed from, was entered upon the order of fact-finding.
