Jeffrey L. Sakas and Walter H. Beckham appeal the grant of summary judgment to the defendant, their former law partner C. James Jessee, Jr., in a suit filed by them for accounting and a share of attorney fees earned by Jessee. The status of the parties as former law “partners” in their professional corporation was made an issue, so we use the word idiomatically here unless noted otherwise.
