Linnie F. Higgins filed her bill in the circuit court of Cook county to set aside a deed executed by herself and her husband to the Chicago Title and Trust Company, and has appealed from a decree dismissing her bill on a hearing.

The grounds upon which it is claimed the relief prayed for should have been granted are the physical and mental incompetency of the complainant’s husband as well as of herself, the intimate and confidential fiduciary relations between Jackson Bros. & Co., the beneficiaries of the conveyance to the Chicago Title and Trust Company, and the complainant’s husband; fraud…
