MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HELEN S. BALICK, Bankruptcy Judge.
Plaintiffs Transamerica Commercial Finance Corporation (Transamerica), a sue-cessor-in-interest to Borg-Warner Acceptance Corporation, and Wilmington Trust Company have filed separate, but factually related complaints against debtors L. Gene Jarrell and Gladys E. Jarrell. The plaintiffs object to the discharge of their debts, based on 11 U.S.C. § 727, and alternatively seek a determination of the dischargeability of certain debts, based on 11 U.S.C. § 523.
