In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Molloy, J.), dated July 14, 1995, as denied her motion, inter alia, for disclosure of certain financial records of nonparties Remark Electric Corp. and Peter Kramer, and non-parties Remark Electric Corp. and Peter Kramer cross-appeal from so much of the same order as denied their cross motion to limit the scope of disclosure.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed and cross-appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
