A contest before the council of the city of Cripple Creek resulted in that body unseating contestees (appellees) — aldermen holding certificates of election — and seating opposing candidates, contestants Van der Weyden and Storey. Contestees brought *391certiorari in the district court to review this action, and therein, by judgment, obtained its .annulment. From such judgment is this appeal.
