This 'is an appeal by the Government 1 from a pretrial order of the district court suppressing testimonial evidence in a case in which the defendant is charged with unlawful possession with intent to distribute 1,109.49 grams of a substance containing heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The suppressed evidence consisted of a statement made by the defendant shortly after she exited from her car after being stopped by police officers.
