ACOBA, Judge.

On July 2, 1993, Defendant-Appellant Alexander Medeiros (Defendant) was found guilty in a jury-waived trial of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor (DUI) in violation of Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) § 291-4(a) (Supp.1992). 1 The trial court entered its judgment on July 2, 1993. Defendant filed a timely notice of appeal on July 19, 1993. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
