Presently before the Court is BDW Associates, Inc.’s (hereinafter “BDW”) Motion To Dismiss The Involuntary Petition brought by Busy Beaver Building Center, Inc., Fagens, Inc., and Jackel Development Co., Inc., (hereinafter “Petitioning Creditors”).
