OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Cecil Bowman ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, in which that court granted summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Thomas M. Tyack ("appellee"), on appellant's claim for legal malpractice.

{¶ 2} The following facts of record are undisputed.
