FINAL COPY S17A1750. MORRISON v. THE STATE. BOGGS, Justice. Appellant Richard Morrison was tried before a jury and found guilty of the malice murder of his girlfriend Tammie West Smith.1 He now appeals pro se, asserting multiple claims of error. Having reviewed these claims, we find them to be without merit, and we affirm. Viewed in the light most favorable to the verdict, the evidence at trial showed the following.
