Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Golia, J.), rendered June 8, 1988, convicting him of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was jointly tried with his codefendant Martin White and convicted after a jury trial of murder and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the fatal shooting of his sister’s boyfriend Richard Matías.
