An application was made under the Nonprofit Corporation Law to the Court of Common Pleas No. 1 of Philadelphia County for a charter of a corporation to be known as “Most Worshipful Widows’ Sons Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Colored Masons of Pennsylvania” (hereinafter called “Widows’ Sons Grand Lodge”).
