1Per curiam

¶ 1. In this appeal, we hold that in order to confer jurisdiction on this court, a notice of appeal filed by counsel on behalf of another must contain the handwritten signature of an attorney authorized to practice law in Wisconsin. Counsel cannot delegate the duty to affix a signature on a notice of appeal to a person not authorized to practice law in Wisconsin.
