Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Dorothy Cropper, J., at suppression hearing; Ira Beal, J., at trial), rendered March 13, 1990, convicting defendant of robbery in the first degree and assault in the third degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of imprisonment of from 4 to 12 years and one year, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
