MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

EARL E. O’CONNOR, Chief Judge.

This case was tried before a jury on October 14, 1986, through October 28, 1986. At the close of plaintiff’s evidence, defendants moved for a directed verdict on plaintiff’s claims that he was deprived of his property and liberty interests without due process of law. The individual defendants also moved for a directed verdict on all of plaintiff’s claims against the individual defendants.
