THIS MATTER is before me on Appellant Marwan Iskander’s (“Appellant” or *590“Iskander”) appeal of the bankruptcy court’s Order Granting Carrera USA, LLC’s Emergency Motion for Relief From Stay. (See Notice of Appeal, ECF No. 1.) For the reasons stated below, I reverse the ruling of the bankruptcy court and remand for further proceedings consistent with this Order.
