1Per curiam

In this attorney disciplinary matter, respondent and Disciplinary Counsel have entered into an agreement under Rule 21, RLDE, Rule 413, SCACR. In the agreement, respondent admits misconduct and consents to be suspended from the practice of law for ninety days. We accept the agreement.

*555Respondent was indicted on six counts of failing to make and file a South Carolina Income Tax Return in violation of S.C.Code Ann. § 12 — 54—40(b)(6)(c) (Supp.1994) and twenty counts of failing to account for and pay over employee withholding taxes in violation of S.C.Code Ann. § 12-54-40(b)(6)(b) (Supp.1994).…
