Appellant was convicted of rape and sentenced to imprisonment for life.

He was indicted under the name of “Jerry James Hill, alias Jerry James Hall.” The evidence shows without dispute that his name is Jerry James Hall. There is no evidence that he was ever known by the name of Jerry James Hill, but no contention is made that such fact furnishes a basis for a claim of prejudicial error.
