MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
TERRY L. MYERS, Chief Judge.
In this adversary proceeding the chapter 7 trustee (“Trustee”) seeks to avoid certain transfers by Bradley Wheeler (“Debtor”) and his closely-held business, BW Properties, LLC, to Defendants Lisa Gregerson and L & B Properties, Inc. under § 548(a)(1)(A). 1 Trustee further seeks an order denying Debtor’s discharge under § 727(a)(2)-(5). 2 This Memorandum of Decision disposes of the matter and constitutes the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law. Fed. R. Bankr.P. 7052(a).
