Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Robert B. W/iggins, A.J.), rendered May 3, 2010. The judgment *1524convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of burglary in the third degree, petit larceny and criminal mischief in the third degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
