|2The defendant, Ronald Gross, was charged by bill of information with molestation of a juvenile (thirteen years or older but not yet seventeen), a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:81.2. The defendant pled not guilty and waived his right to a jury trial. The trial court adjudged the defendant guilty as charged. The defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment at hard labor. The defendánt now appeals, designating four assignments of error.
