ORDER RE: MODIFICATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER
LARRY ALAN BURNS, District Judge.
Following a request by The Washington Post that the Pima County Sheriff release all records relating to the investigation of the January 8, 2011 shooting in Tucson, and the apparent refusal of the Sheriff to deny the request, the Court entered a protective order on March 23 that directed the Sheriff not to release “any investigative reports, files or materials relating to the investigation of this case.” (Doc.
