This is an original proceeding in quo warranto, its essential purpose being to obtain a determination of the validity of statutes later mentioned and which purport to validate the establishment of certain school districts. After the defendants had answered, the plaintiff moved for judgment on the pleadings and the cause was briefed and argued on that motion.
