*554Appellant Hazel Wade brought this action against Respondent, R.A. Brooks, Jr., as Personal Representative of the Estate of Nelson Edwards claiming an entitlement to payment for personal services rendered to the decedent prior to his death. The probate court denied the claim and the circuit court affirmed. We affirm.
