OPINION

TOM GRAY, Justice.

This is an appeal of the denial of a motion for summary judgment. The motion was based on the assertion of governmental employee immunity and this interlocutory appeal followed. We affirm.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND BASED ON THE ALLEGATIONS

Taria Marie Altman was injured while riding a four-wheeler. She suffered multiple scrapes, abrasions, bruises and a cut on her foot. She was taken to the emergency room at Lake Whitney Memorial Hospital/Lake Whitney Medical Center.
