These cases are accelerated, interlocutory appeals from the Harris County district court’s denial and subsequent grant of *877an application for an anti-suit injunction abating duplicative proceedings in a wrongful death action in an Hidalgo County statutory probate court. Because the majority fails to address issues that, in my view, are necessary to the proper disposition of this appeal, I respectfully concur in the judgment only.
