Plaintiff, Playboy Clubs International, Inc. (“PCI”), having brought this action against defendant Hotel & Restaurant Employees and Bartenders Union, AFL-CIO (“the Union”) under § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185, and the Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2201, now moves under Rule 65, F.R.Civ.P., for a preliminary injunction staying arbitration proceedings arising from the discharges of certain PCI employees (“Bunnies”) .
