Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Warren County (Austin, J.), entered July 9, 1996, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, for modification of a prior order of child support.
Pursuant to the parties’ October 1988 separation agreement, which was incorporated but not merged into their subsequent judgment of divorce, petitioner was awarded primary physical custody of their son and respondent was awarded primary physical custody of their daughter.
