KITCHENS, PRESIDING JUSTICE, DISSENTING:
¶ 34. Officer Jason Johns's traffic stop of Kendall Martin was not, in fact, based upon probable cause. Therefore, the trial court erred in denying Martin's motion to suppress, and I respectfully dissent.
¶ 35.
