This case involves a declaratory judgment action originally brought by Plaintiff in the Probate Court of Galveston, Texas. Defendants removed the case to this Court, and Plaintiff now seeks remand. For the reasons stated below, Plaintiffs Motion to Remand is DENIED. In addition, the Court, on its own motion, consolidates this case with G-00-460.
