Currently before the Court is the October 13, 2000 objection of estate creditor BSB Bank & Trust Company (“BSB”) to the confirmation of the proposed individual debt adjustment plan filed by Debtors Carmen Motto, Jr. and Barbara J. Motto (collectively “Debtors”) on August 10, 2000.
